Support workflow

How support requests are handled.

1. Submit a request

Send an email or ticket with logs, reproduction steps, and environment details.

2. Acknowledgment

Requests are acknowledged within the response window for your tier.

3. Reproduction & analysis

The issue is reproduced (if possible) and analyzed.

4. Resolution

You receive a workaround, configuration fix, code example, or patch (depending on tier).

5. Confirmation

Once confirmed resolved, the request is closed.
